摘要
目的分析全髋关节置换术老年患者术后谵妄原因并予以针对性的护理。方法回顾性分析60例全髋关节置换术术后的老年患者术后出现谵妄的临床资料。结果 60例患者均恢复术前状态并康复出院。结论老年患者术后谵妄的原因与术后活动受限、心理因素、手术、睡眠、低氧血症等因素有关,提供个性化的护理,可促使骨折术后老年谵妄患者恢复术前状态。
Objective To analyze causes of postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty and its targeted nursing.Methods The clinical data of 60 elderly deliriun patients with total hip replacement was analyzed.Results A total of 60 patients had good recovery and discharged successfully.Conclusion The reasons of delirium are correlated with postoperative limitation,psychological factor,surgery,sleep,and hypoxemia.Individual nursing service can promote the recovery for patients with fracture.
