食管癌手术患者术后健康教育提示卡的应用效果 被引量:5

Effect of health education tips card in patients with esophageal cancer operation

摘要 目的观察健康教育提示卡对食管癌手术患者术后饮食知识掌握情况的影响。方法选择本院收治的110例食管癌患者为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组实施常规护理及健康教育,观察组在常规护理基础上应用健康教育提示卡。于患者术后进行食管癌饮食相关知识掌握情况测评,并观察2组患者出院前及出院1个月后的营养状态及免疫状态改善情况。结果观察组患者的术后饮食知识掌握度92. 73%高于对照组的78. 18%(P <0. 05)。出院前,2组血清总蛋白(TP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)等营养指标水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);出院后,2组TP、ALB水平均高于治疗前(P <0. 05),观察组高于对照组(P <0. 05);出院前,2组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞等免疫指标水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);出院后,2组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、NK细胞等指标水平均高于治疗前(P <0. 05),观察组高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论食管癌手术患者围术期护理中应用健康教育提示卡,可提高患者术后饮食知识掌握程度,促使患者日常营养摄入合理,加速患者营养状态及免疫状态的改善,进而提高身体健康程度,改善疾病预后。 Objective To observe the effect of health education tips card on postoperative diet knowledge mastery in esophageal cancer patients.Methods A total of 110 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing and health education,while the observation group received the health education tips card based on the control group.The patients'esophageal cancer diet-related knowledge was evaluated after operation.The nutritional and immune status of the two groups before and after discharge were observed.Results The mastery degree of postoperative diet knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(92.73%vs.78.18%,P<0.05).Before discharge,the levels of nutritional indicators such as total serum protein(TP),serum albumin(ALB)in the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After discharge,the levels of TP and ALB in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before discharge,the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and NK cells in the two groups had no statistical significant difference(P>0.05).After discharge,the levels of above indicators in two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education tips card in perioperative nursing for patients with esophageal cancer can improve the level of mastery of postoperative dietary knowledge,promote rational daily intake of nutrition,improve nutritional state and immune status,enhance health,and improve disease prognosis.
