艾司奥美拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗难治性胃食管反流病患者的疗效

Efficiency of esomeprazole combined with flupentixol-melitracen in the treatment of patients with refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease

目的探讨艾司奥美拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗难治性胃食管反流病(RGERD)患者的疗效。方法选取收治的RGERD患者112例,随机分为联合用药组与艾司奥美拉唑组,每组56例。艾司奥美拉唑组仅给予艾司奥美拉唑治疗,联合用药组给予艾司奥美拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗。治疗2个疗程后,比较2组患者临床疗效、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果联合用药组总有效率显著高于艾司奥美拉唑组(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,联合用药组HAMA、HAMD评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),艾司奥美拉唑组无明显变化(P<0.05);联合用药组治疗后HAMA、HAMD评分显著低于艾司奥美拉唑组(P<0.05)。联合用药组不良反应发生率为19.7%,艾司奥美拉唑组为21.4%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾司奥美拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗RGERD患者安全有效,可显著改善患者焦虑、抑郁的状态,不良反应较少且轻微。

Objective To investigate efficacy of esomeprazole combined with flupentixol-melitracen in the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease(RGERD).Methods A total of 112 patients with RGERD were randomly divided into combination group and esomeprazole group,with 56 cases in each group.The esomeprazole group was treated with esomeprazole only,while the combination group was treated with esomeprazole combined with droperidol-melitracen.After two courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy,score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),score of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher than that in the esomeprazole group(P<0.05).After two courses of treatment,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the combination group were significantly lower than treatment before(P<0.05),while the esomeprazole group showed no significant change(P<0.05),and the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the combination group were significantly lower than that in the esomeprazole group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 19.7%in combination group and 21.4%in esomeprazole group,but no significant difference was found(P>0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole combined with droperidol-melitracen in the treatment of RGERD patients is safe and effective,which can significantly improve anxiety and depression,and reduce adverse reactions.
