复方茶多酚含漱液在经口气管插管机械通气患者口腔护理中的效果

Effect of compound tea polyphenols gargle on oral nursing for patients with mechanical ventilation by oral catheter intubation

目的探讨复方茶多酚含漱液(口灵含漱液)应用于经口气管插管机械通气患者口腔护理中的效果。方法选取80例机械通气患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,分别采用口灵含漱液与生理盐水进行口腔护理,比较2组的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者口腔异味、口唇干裂、黏膜出血的发生率以及呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率均显著低于对照组,口腔护理舒适度则显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口灵含漱液能有效改善机械通气患者的口腔卫生状况,提高护理质量。

Objective To study effect of compound tea polyphenols gargle(Kouling Hanshu Fluid)in oral care for patients with mechanical ventilation by oral catheter intubation.Methods A total of 80 mechanical ventilation patients admitted to ICU were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group,given Kouling Hanshu Fluid and saline for oral nursing,respectively.The clinical nursing effect of two groups was compared.Results The observation group had lower incidences of bad breath,dry and cracked lip,mucosal bleeding,and ventilator-associated pneumonia,and higher oral care comfort than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The compound tea polyphenols gargle can improve the oralhygiene of patients with mechanical ventilation and improve nursing quality.
