摘要 民族地区双语基础教育教学研究一直是我国基础教育研究中的热点.结合四川藏区数学双语教师专业发展的现状,提出数学藏汉双语教师职前培养路径:明确数学双语教师职前培养目标,在国家双语教育政策支持下,积极构建高校、地方政府和中小学校协同培养机制,构建数学双语教师专业标准,形成科学合理的评价体系,搭建数学双语教师专业发展大数据平台,改善数学双语教师职前培养课程设置,促进数学藏汉双语教师专业发展. Teaching research on bilingual basic education in ethnic regions is always the hot spot among basic education researches in China.The article combines with current situations of professional development of bilingual math teachers in Tibetan areas of Sichuan and comes up with approaches to con d uct pre-service cultivation for Tibetan-Chinese bilingual math teachers:clarifying pre-service cultivation objectives for bilingual math teachers;actively building collaborative cultivation mechanism of colleges,local governments,middle schools and primary schools with the support of national bilingual education policies;establishing professional standards of bilingual math teachers;forming scientific and reasonable evaluation systems;constructing the big data platform for professional development of bilingual math teachers;improving the setting of pre-service cultivation curriculum for bilingual math teachers;and promoting professional development of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual math teachers.
