柴胡桂枝汤加味治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效

Clinical observation of modified Chaihu Guizhi decoction in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis

目的:观察柴胡桂枝汤加味治疗慢性浅表性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性浅表性胃炎患者116例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各58例。对照组给予奥美拉唑胶囊联合枸橼酸铋钾胶囊治疗。观察组给予柴胡桂枝汤加味治疗。比较两组临床症状、不良反应及胃排空情况和疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.83%,高于对照组的82.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率6.90%、胃排空率93.10%,复发率5.45%,优于对照组不良反应发生率29.31%、胃排空率79.31%,复发率22.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡桂枝汤加味治疗慢性浅表性胃炎患者的临床疗效优于阿莫西林胶囊、奥美拉唑胶囊联合枸橼酸铋钾胶囊治疗效果。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of modified Chaihu Guizhi decoction in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:116 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were selected and divided into observation group(n=58)and control group(n=58)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Omeprazole capsules combined with Bismuth potassium citrate capsules,while the observation group was given the modified Chaihu Guizhi decoction.The clinical symptoms,adverse reactions,gastric emptying and efficacies were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.83%,which was higher than that of the control group(82.76%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.90%,the rate of gastric emptying was 93.10%,and the recurrence rate was 5.45%,which were better than those of the control group of 29.31%,79.31%and 22.92%,separately,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Chaihu Guizhi decoction in the treatment of h chronic superficial gastritis is superior to Omeprazole capsules combined with Bismuth potassium citrate capsules.
