快速康复外科理念在体外循环心脏手术患者围术期护理中的应用

Application of fast track surgery concept in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing cardiac surgeries with cardiopulmonary bypass

目的:分析快速康复外科理念在体外循环心脏手术患者围术期护理中的应用价值。方法:选取60例体外循环心脏手术患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各30例,对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上结合快速康复外科理念,比较两组血浆用量、尿管拔管时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、护理满意度和并发症发生率。结果:研究组患者血浆用量明显少于对照组,尿管拔出时间、下床活动时间和住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度为100.00%(30/30),明显高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为6.67%(2/30),明显低于对照组的20.00%(6/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对体外循环心脏手术患者围术期护理中行快速康复外科理念方案干预的应用价值显著,可降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To analyze application value of fast track surgery concept in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing cardiac surgeries with cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods:Sixty patients undergoing the cardiac surgeries with cardiopulmonary bypass were enrolled in this study.They were divided into control group and study group according to the envelope randomized method.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group was given the fast track surgery concept based on that of the control group.The plasma amount,urinary extubation time,ambulation time,hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The plasma amount of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the urinary extubation time,ambulation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%(30/30),which was significantly higher than the control group of 80.00%(24/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 6.67%(2/30),which was significantly lower than the control group of 20.00%(6/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The fast track surgery concept in the perioperative nursing of the patients undergoing cardiac surgeries with cardiopulmonary bypass has a high application value.It can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the patient satisfaction.
