摘要
文章以某教学医院来院学习的流动群体为主要研究调查对象,通过调查其宿舍资源实际使用率的现状,分析内在原因,提出了目前提升医院宿舍资源使用效率和管理水平的具体解决途径,旨在满足更多医院进修人员的住宿需求。
The article takes the mobile group coming to the teaching hospital as the main research subject,by investigating the actual utilization rate of dormitory resources and analyzing the internal reasons,it puts forward specific solutions to improve the utilization efficiency and management level of dormitory resources in the hospital,aiming at meeting the accommodation needs of more medical talents coming to the hospital for further study.
