基于BIM的医院建筑智慧运维管理技术

Intelligent Facility Management of Hospital Buildings based on BIM technology

建筑信息模型(BIM)在医院建筑建造阶段应用广泛,但在运维阶段应用较少。文章从医院建筑运维需求出发,研究BIM在运维阶段应用技术、系统和价值,并在某新建医院综合楼进行应用验证。应用验证表明BIM在医院建筑空间管理、机电设备管理、安防管理、能耗管理等方面具有很大价值,值得应用推广。关键词:建筑信息模型;设备运维管理;医院安防管理;能耗分析;

Building Information model(BIM)is applied widely to hospital construction. However, BIM is rarely applied to facility management of hospital buildings. This paper describes required model, technology, information system for BIM-based facility management according to maintenance requirement of hospital building. The research was also tested in a new hospital building. The test proved that BIM is really useful for space management, building equipment management, security management, energy management in hospital buildirgs. It is worth populariziry.
