Study on the Long-term Mechanism of Security and Stability in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

高校是我国教育中的一个重要环节,高校的安全稳定,直接决定高校的持续发展和社会的长治久安、经济发展。但国际一体化局势以及多元文化的冲击,给我国高校教育带来了诸多挑战,而高校内部由于种种历史或文化因素也存在一些问题。面对这种复杂局面,应当构建一个科学完整的管理制度,为高校的安全稳定发展提供长效机制。就当前高校管理中存在的问题进行分析,探讨了高校建立安全稳定长效机制的具体措施。

Colleges and universities form a vital part in our Education.The security and stability of colleges and universities determines the sustained development of colleges and universities,the stability of society and the development of economy.However,our higher education faces with a number of challenges brought by the international integration situation and multi-culture shocks.Besides,some colleges and universities have some problems due to several historical and cultural factors.Facing with such difficult situation,a scientific and complete management system should be constructed to provide the long-term mechanism of security and stability development of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of colleges and universities and discusses the specific countermeasures of constructing long-term mechanism of security and stability in colleges and universities.
