中医证候诊断量表研究技术和方法探索

Exploring the techniques and methods for the study of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diagnosis scale

为研究与建立中医证候诊断量表,课题组依托973计划项目基金的资助,以冠心病痰瘀互结证诊断量表的可行性,初步证实:文献系统评价和临床调查是中医证候诊断量表本底资料的重要来源,德尔菲法是筛选中医证候诊断量表条目达成共识的有效方法,层次分析法定权重能实现中医证候量化诊断的目标,采用诊断性试验设计的敏感度、特异度和ROC曲线下的面积来评价中医证候诊断量表的效能,后续研究,证明了这些技术和方法是可行性的,供同行借鉴参考。

To study and establish traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome diagnosis scale,with the support of project fund of 973 project,the research of the syndrome diagnosis scale of phlegm and blood stasis of coronary heart disease was taken as a research object.It had been preliminary confirmed that,systematic literature evaluation and clinical investigation were important sources of the background information of TCM syndrome diagnosis scale.Delphi method was an effective method to select the items of TCM syndrome diagnosis scale.Hierarchical analysis of legal weight could achieve the objective of quantitative diagnosis of TCM syndromes.The sensitivity,specificity and the area under the ROC curve were used to evaluate the effectiveness of TCM syndrome diagnostic scale.It could be proved these techniques and methods were feasible,step by step,also it could be referenced by peers.
