摘要
GJB 9001C—2017《质量管理体系要求》的发布运行,对装备承制单位的风险管理工作提出了更高要求。外包过程作为组织质量管理体系运行中控制的重点和难点,尤其需要在策划、实施、验收等各个阶段,加强风险的识别、评估、应对和监控工作。为实现外包过程风险的有效管控,确保外包质量,文章对组织外包过程的典型风险事件进行了梳理,并结合组织历史外包信息,提出了一种差异化和定制化的外包控制方法,该方法的使用,可帮助组织实现外包意图,并对组织外包合格供方名录的管理工作起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。
The publishing of the GJB 9001C-2017 makes the manufacturing departments pay more attention to risk management work.As the emphasis and the difficulty of the quality management system,manufacturing departments need to strengthen the recognizing,evaluating,reacting and monitoring of the risk during the plan,implement and acceptance stage.In order to achieve the effective control of epiboly process risk and ensure the epiboly quality,the article combs the typical risk events of organizing epiboly process.Combining the historical epiboly information of the organization,the article proposes a differential and optimized epiboly control method.The using of the method will help the organization achieve the epiboly purpose and offer reference for the management work of organization epiboly qualified supplier list.
