摘要
教育信息化背景下大学生的信息能力是指大学生自主搜集、开发教育资源的能力,在教育资源中对相关信息的选择能力,在教师指导下对信息资源的解读、分析能力,以及课内收获向课外实践即生产劳动转化的能力。以教育信息化与高等教育的深度融合理念为指导,以大学生信息能力的提升为目的,贯彻信息搜集能力、信息分析与选择能力、信息利用与转化能力、信息交流与创新能力的"信息能力"内涵,从信息环境营造、信息课程体系建设、信息资源保障等方面入手,探索高校对大学生信息能力培养的有效策略。
University students’information-related capabilities in the context of educational informationization are their capabilities to acquire and develop educational resources autonomously,select relevant data from educational resources,interprete and analyze information resources under teachers’instruction and transfer what they learned in classroom to out-of-class practice,namely,productive labor.In the paper below,some effective strategies to develop the capabilties of students’information collection,information analysis and selection,information utility and transfer and information exchange and innovation,etc.were proposed from the perspectives of information environment creation,information-related curricular system construction and information resource guarantee under the guidance of the idea of deep integration between educational informationization and higher education.
