转型发展时期地方本科院校社会服务能力提升研究

Social Service Competence Promotion of Local Universities in Their Reorientation to Application

地方本科院校在转型发展过程中,社会服务能力建设十分重要。地方本科院校开展社会服务是知识经济时代发展的需要,是促进社会经济发展的必然选择,是实现自身内涵式发展的必经途径。当前,地方本科院校在开展社会服务过程中存在着观念意识偏差、学科专业设置不合理、科技创新效率低、社会服务机制不完善等方面的问题,应通过科学定位学校发展、加强学科专业建设、提高科研服务效率、完善社会服务机制、拓展社会服务领域等途径提升社会服务能力。

It is of great significance for local universities to develop their social service competence in their reorientation to application because it is necessary not only for the development of knowledge economy and social economy as a whole but also for their own connotative development.However,some problems like deviated ideas,irrational educational programs,inefficient scientific and technical innovation and imperfect social service mechanism are undermining their efforts in the field.To resolve these problems and improve their social service competence,these universities should make a scientific plan for their development,strength disciplinary construction,improve scientific service efficiency,improve social service mechanism and broaden the scope of social service.
