不同产地苍耳子HPLC指纹图谱及主要成分含量测定研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究建立不同产地苍耳子的HPLC指纹图谱,并对不同产地苍耳子药材中4个主要成分进行含量测定,为制定苍耳子药材的质量标准提供参考。方法:采用高效液相色谱方法,测定了10批苍耳子药材样品,采用国家药典委员会的中药指纹图谱相似度计算软件进行数据分析,从而建立苍耳子药材的指纹图谱共有模式。结果:从不同产地苍耳子HPLC指纹图谱中,确定了16个指纹图谱共有峰,建立了指纹图谱共有模式;测定了不同产地苍耳子中4个主要成分含量。结论:本方法稳定,重现性好,所建立的对照指纹图谱和含量限度标准可以用于不同苍耳子药材的质量评价和质量控制。 Objective:To study the HPLC fingerprint of Fructus Xanthii,and to evaluate the quality of Fructus Xanthii from different habitats and batches,and to provide a reference for the formulation of the overall quality standard of Xanthium herbs.Methods:A total of 10 batches of Fructus Xanthii were determined by high performance liquid chromatography,and the data were analyzed by the similarity calculation software of the National Pharmacopoeia Committee of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(CTP),and the common pattern of the fingerprint of Fructus Xanthii was established.Results:A total of 16 fingerprint peaks were identified,and a common fingerprint pattern of Fructus Xanthii was established.The contents of four main components in Xanthium sibiricum from different habitats were determined.Conclusion:The method is stable and reproducible,and the established fingerprint can be used for quality evaluation and quality control of Fructus Xanthii.
