基于创新能力培养的教学模式改革——以算法设计与分析课程教学为例

Reform of Teaching Mode Based on Training Innovative Ability:Taking Design and Analysis of Algorithm Course as an Example

通过理论分析并结合实例指出,传统的以传授知识为主的灌输式教学模式不能适应创新型人才的培养。以算法设计与分析教学为例,围绕提高学生创新能力培养,着重对教师如何利用灵活多样的教学方式和先进的现代化教学手段进行了探讨,提出了一些培养学生学习兴趣和创新意识的方式和方法。这些方法在实际的课堂教学和实验教学方面起到了积极的作用。

Through theoretical analysis and practical examples,this paper points out that the traditional instilled teaching mode based on imparting knowledge cannot adapt to the cultivation of innovative talents.This paper,taking the teaching of algorithm design and analysis as an example,focuses on the improvement of students'innovative ability,and focuses on how teachers use flexible and diverse teaching methods and advanced modern teaching methods,and puts forward some ways and methods to cultivate students'interests in learning and innovation.These methods have played a positive role in practical classroom teaching and experimental teaching.
