手机微信软件在全膝关节置换术后随访中的应用

Application of mobile phone WeChat software in follow-up of patients with primary total knee arthroplasty

目的探讨手机微信软件在全膝关节置换(Total knee arthroplasty,TKA)术后随访中的应用。方法纳入我院2017年1月～2017年10月100例初次TKA术患者,随机分为微信随访组(研究组)和电话随访组(对照组),每组各50例,随访频率均为1次/周,持续3个月。比较两组患者术后1周及术后1月、3月的美国特种外科医院(Hospitalfor Special Surgery,HSS)膝关节评分、膝关节活动度(range ofmotion,ROM)、焦虑自评量表评分(Self-Rating AnxietyScale,SAS);比较两组患者的满意度,随访消耗的时间及并发症发生率。结果术后1周及术后1月、3月,研究组患者的HSS评分、ROM评分均高于对照组,SAS评分和满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的随访消耗的时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TKA术后微信随访模式实用性强,可改善患者临床结果和提高就医的满意度。

Objective To investigate the application of mobile phone WeChat software in the follow-up of patients with total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods 100 patients with primary TKA from January 2017 to October 2017 were randomly divided into WeChat follow-up group(experimental group)and telephone follow-up group(control group),with 50 patients in each.The frequency of follow-up was 1 week and lasted for 3 months.The Hospital for Special Surgery(ROM),Range of Motion(ROM),and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were evaluated in the 1 week after surgery,and 1,3 months after surgery.The patients’satisfaction,the time spent in follow-up and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups before surgery(P >0.05).At 1 week and 1,3 months after surgery,the HSS score and ROM score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The time spent in follow-up in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the current evidence,the application of the WeChat software can significantly improve the patient’s clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
