持续泵注生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎后发生低血糖反应的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Hypoglycemia after Continuous Infusion of Somatostatin in Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探析持续泵注生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎后发生低血糖反应的护理体会。方法:将我院于2018年02月—2018年08月期间收治的急性胰腺炎后发生低血糖患者40例作为研究样本,给予持续泵注生长抑素治疗,并加强对患者进行健康宣教、心理护理、用药护理、血糖监测、饮食指导等护理,分析讨论持续泵注生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎后发生低血糖反应的护理体会。结果:所有研究对象的病情经过相应的处理后均稳定下来并顺利出院,治疗期间未出现伤亡病例。结论:在急性胰腺炎后出现低血糖患者中采用持续泵注生长抑素治疗并加强对患者进行健康宣教、心理护理、用药护理、血糖监测、饮食指导等护理措施之外,还可加强对患者血糖病情变化的监测,对患者实施适量的补液,提高患者的依从性,降低并发症的发生几率,有助于维持患者病情稳定,早日康复。

Objective:To explore the nursing experience of hypoglycemia after continuous infusion of somatostatin in acute pancreatitis.Methods:Forty patients with hypoglycemia after acute pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2018 were treated with continuous infusion of somatostatin,and the patients were given health education and psychological nursing.Nursing care of medication,blood glucose monitoring and diet guidance were analyzed and discussed in the treatment of hypoglycemia after acute pancreatitis by continuous infusion of somatostatin.Results:All the subjects'condition was stabilized after the corresponding treatment.Have gone through the discharge procedures,no casualties occurred during the treatment.Conclusion:Patients with hypoglycemia after acute pancreatitis were treated by continuous infusion of somatostatin and nursing measures such as health education,psychological nursing,medication nursing,blood glucose monitoring and diet guidance were strengthened.It can strengthen the monitoring of the changes of patients'blood sugar,improve the compliance of patients,reduce the probability of complications,and help to maintain the stability of the patients'condition and recover as soon as possible.
