病原微生物检测联合药敏试验结果对慢性前列腺炎患者抗生素合理使用的影响分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探究病原微生物联合药敏试验结果在慢性前列腺炎患者抗生素合理使用中的作用。方法:选取2017年3月—2018年7月在我院接受治疗的慢性前列腺炎患者86例,均行病原微生物检测,并根据检测结果对病原微生物阳性患者实施药敏试验,统计病原微生物检测结果及药敏试验结果。结果:86例慢性前列腺炎患者中病原微生物阳性检出率为46.51%,且解脲脲原体阳性检出率62.50%明显高于人型支原体阳性检出率37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经药敏试验分析,病原微生物对强力霉素、克拉霉素及环丙沙星的敏感性较强,对交沙霉素、司帕沙星、环酯红霉素及可乐必妥的耐药性较强。结论:病原微生物检测联合药敏试验结果可有效明确慢性前列腺炎患者感染病原体和对不同药物的敏感度,有助于合理使用抗生素。 Objective:To explore the effect of combined susceptibility test of pathogenic microorganisms on rational use of antibiotics in patients with chronic prostatitis.Methods:86 patients with chronic prostatitis treated in our hospital from March 2017 to July 2018 were selected and tested for pathogenic microorganisms.Drug susceptibility test was carried out for the patients with positive pathogenic microorganisms according to the test results.The results of pathogenic microorganism test and drug susceptibility test were statistically analyzed.Results:The positive rate of pathogenic microorganisms in 86 patients with chronic prostatitis was 46.51%,and the positive rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum 62.50%was significantly higher than that of Mycoplasma hominis 37.50%.The difference was statistically significant(P Profloxacin was more sensitive and resistant to josamycin,sparfloxacin,erythromycin cyclodester and clonidipine.Conclusion:The results of pathogenic microorganism detection combined with drug susceptibility test can effectively identify the pathogens of chronic prostatitis and the sensitivity to different drugs,and is helpful to the rational use of antibiotics.
