Pharmaceutical Care of one Cryptococcal Meningitis with Fungal Esophagitis

通过对1例隐球菌性脑膜炎合并真菌性食管炎患者的全程优化干预和药学监护,探讨临床药师在合理用药中的作用。临床药师参与药物治疗全过程,并对患者进行药学监护,患者治疗好转出院。临床药师可协助医师制定更加安全、有效、经济、合理的个体化治疗方案,提高患者用药依从性,避免或减轻药品不良反应。

To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the rational use of medicines by optimizing intervention programs and conducting pharmaceutical care of one cryptococcal meningitis with fungal esophagitis.Clinical pharmacist participated in the whole process of drug therapy and pharmaceutical care for the patient.After treatment,the situation of patient was improved and the patient was discharged from hospital.Clinical pharmacists can help doctors to develop more safe,effective,economic and reasonable individualized treatment programs,and improve drug compliance and avoid or reduce adverse drug reactions.
