Thoughts on the Industrial Transformation and Upgrading of State-Owned Geo-Prospecting Units in the New Era

文章基于新时代中央地勘企业面临的主要问题,研究设计了其产业转型的发展目标和基本原则,提出应从业务(产品)档次、业务类别、经营方式、企业管理、科技研发等方面进行产业转型的思路,并从加强顶层设计、人才培养、企业文化建设、党建工作四个方面对中央地勘企业实现转型升级的保障措施进行了探讨。

Based on the main problems faced by state-owned geo-prospecting units in the new era,this paper researches and designs the development goals and basic principles of industrial transformation,following this,it proposes that the idea of industrial transformation should be carried out in terms of business(product)grade,business category,business mode,enterprise management,technology research and development,etc.Additionally,this paper discusses the safeguard measures for the transformation and upgrading of stateowned geo-prospecting units from the four aspects of strengthening top-level design,personnel training,corporate culture construction and party building.
