土地资源资产价值估算及其动态变化分析——以江西省为例

Estimation of Land Resource Asset Value and Dynamic Change Analysis——A Case Study of Jiangxi Province

文章从经济、社会和生态价值内涵视角,构建土地资源的资产价值估算体系;基于江西省2000年、2005年、2010年三个年份土地覆被遥感解译数据,对江西省土地资源资产价值进行估算,核算江西省市级行政单元土地资源的经济价值、社会价值、生态价值和土地资源资产总值,并分析研究时段内土地资源资产价值的演变特征。研究结果:江西省2000—2010年土地资源经济价值、社会价值增长率降低,生态价值增长率小幅度负值发展;2000—2005年、2005—2010年两个时期土地资源综合价值的增长率依次为64.98%、41.64%。

This paper constructs an asset value estimation system for land resources from the perspectives of economic,social and ecological value connotation;based on the land cover remote sensing data of Jiangxi Province in 2000,2005 and 2010,the paper estimates the land resource assets of Jiangxi Province,and further calculate the economic value,social value,ecological value and total value of land resource assets of the municipal-level administrative units in Jiangxi Province,also,this paper analyzes the evolution characteristics of the land resource asset value during the study period.Research results indicate that the economic value of land resources and the growth rate of social value decreased in Jiangxi Province from 2000 to 2010,the growth rate of ecological value suffered slight negative growth;the growth rate of comprehensive value of land resources in 2000-2005 and 2005-2010 were 64.98%and 41.64%.
