高师院校教育学专业实习需求研究——以H大学为例

Research on Internship Needs of Pedagogy Specialty in Normal Colleges and Universities——Taking H University as an Example

教育实习是师范生培养的重要课程内容,对于教育学专业来说也是如此。在新一轮实习改革后,H大学教育学专业的实习现状和特点较以往发生了改变。改革后实习虽然已取得重要成果,但仍存在一些问题。通过对实习生的访谈调查,从实习生的角度了解实习生在实习中的需求,以期为下一届和其他院校教育学专业实习提供借鉴和参考。

Education practice is one of the important curriculum content for normal school students,the same as the professional education.After the new reform,the education internship status and characteristics of the H university has changed than before.After the reform,although important results have been achieved,the practice still has some problems.So through interview to understand the needs of interns in practice from the perspective of interns,the paper puts forward some strategies in order to provide reference for the next internship of pedagogy in other colleges and universities.
