对部分高校师范类专业教育教学的反思

Reflections on Education and Teaching of Teachers' Specialty in Some Colleges and Universities

随着高等教育大众化的推进,我国一些高校的师范类专业教育教学出现诸如培养目标有制定无落实、教师考核重科研轻教学、学科教育多理论少实践等问题。必须深化教育教学改革,构建特色鲜明的人才培养路径,突出实效性、主体性及灵活性,不断完善自身的教育教学理念,以保障和提高师范类专业教育教学的质量和水平。

With the development of the popularization of higher education,some problems have appeared in the education and teaching of teachers’ specialty in our country,such as no implementation of the training goal,the emphasis of teachers’ assessment on scientific research and light of teaching,more theory and less practice of subject education,and so on.In view of these specific problems,we must deepen the reform of education and teaching,construct a distinctive path of talent training,highlight the effectiveness,subjectivity and flexibility,and constantly improve our own educational and teaching ideas in order to ensure and improve the quality and level of normal major education and teaching.
