学前教育专业学生职业认同感影响因素分析及培养思考 被引量:4

摘要 职业认同感对于专业培养具有重要意义,是学生潜心学习本专业的不竭动力,也是学生从业后做好本职工作的保障。目前,较高的教师准入要求、不良社会环境对学生从业积极性的挫伤、学校培养欠佳等因素都影响着学前教育专业学生职业认同感。通过营造良好的社会氛围,注重教师师德师风建设,完善课程设置,提升学生实践质量等方法,可以有效提高学前教育专业学生的职业认同感。 Professional identity is quite significant for the cultivation of majors,which motivates students to concentrate on their majors.It is also the psychological foundation for students to do their job well.At present,some factors affect the professional identity of students majoring in preschool education,including the higher requirements of teachers’ admission,the frustration of bad social environment to students’ enthusiasm for employment,and the poor school training.The professional identity of preschool education students can be effectively strengthened by some ways of creating a good social atmosphere,paying attention to the construction of teachers’ ethics,perfecting the curriculum,improving the practical quality of students and so on.
