摘要 前列腺癌是男性泌尿生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率日益增长,严重威胁着男性的健康。微小RNA(miRNAs)是一类由21~25个核苷酸组成的内源性、非编码单链RNA,通过与靶基因的mRNA结合发挥作用,从而调控细胞的整个代谢过程,如转移、侵袭、炎性反应、细胞周期以及凋亡等。目前,miRNAs对前列腺癌等肿瘤疾病进程的调控及功能研究已成为生物医学最热门的研究领域之一。本文就miRNAs异常表达对前列腺癌所发挥作用的最新研究进展进行综合论述,为其进一步研究提供理论依据及思路。 Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignancies in the male genitourinary system,and its incidence is increasing,which seriously threatens the health of men.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are an endogenous,non-coding,single-stranded RNA consisting of 21 to 25 nucleotides that act on the mRNA of a target gene to regulate the entire metabolic process of the cell,such as metastasis,invasion,inflammation,cell cycle and apoptosis.At present,miRNAs have become one of the most popular research areas in biomedicine for the regulation and function of prostate cancer and other tumor diseases.This article discusses the latest advances in the role of abnormal expression of miRNAs in prostate cancer and provides theoretical basis and ideas for further research.
