甘精胰岛素与降糖药口服治疗2型糖尿病的效果与价值分析

Effect and value of insulin glargine and oral hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:分析在2型糖尿病患者治疗中,采用甘精胰岛素与降糖药物治疗的临床疗效。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者100例,分两组。对比组患者单用降糖药物口服治疗,观察组患者采用甘精胰岛素与降糖药物治疗,将两组患者血糖指标作为临床疗效的对比依据。结果:将两组患者的血糖指标与低血糖发生率作为临床治疗效果的对比依据,根据研究数据分析,观察组治疗效果显著优异,并与对比组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病患者采用降糖药口服联合甘精胰岛素治疗,对其血糖指标的控制有积极作用,为有效治疗方案。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of insulin glargine and hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected,they were divided into the two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with hypoglycemic drugs orally,while the patients in the observation group were treated with insulin glargine and hypoglycemic drugs.Results:The blood glucose index and hypoglycemia rate of the two groups were compared as the clinical therapeutic effect.According to the analysis of the study data,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was remarkable,and there was statistical difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Oral hypoglycemic drugs combined with insulin glargine are effective in the control of blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients,it is an effective treatment.
