摘要
目的:探讨社区常见慢性病门诊治疗的成本效果。方法:收治高血压病患者240例,平均分为两组。对照组患者选择社区以上医院门诊进行治疗,试验组患者选择社区医院进行治疗,并对两组患者就诊产生费用、就诊次数、就诊时间以及血压改善情况等进行对比分析。结果:试验组患者就诊产生费用明显低于对照组,并且试验组患者的就诊次数明显多于对照组,试验组患者1个月内就诊次数明显多于对照组,并且试验组患者最近2次就诊间隔时间明显少于对照组患者,试验组患者的血压改善情况明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:慢性病患者选择社区医院进行治疗,具有治疗费用低、就诊次数多、血压改善效果明显等优点,慢性病患者在疾病治疗中应该对社区医院给予关注。
Objective:To explore the cost effectiveness of outpatient treatment for common chronic diseases in the community. Methods:240 patients with hypertension were selected,they were divided equally into the two groups.Patients in the control group were chosen the outpatients from the above community hospitals for treatment,while patients in the experimental group were chosen community hospitals for treatment,and we conducted a comparative analysis of the cost of the visits,the number of visits, the visit time,and the improvement of blood pressure.Results:The cost of treatment in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the number of visits in the experimental group was significantly more than that in the control group.The number of visits in the experimental group was significantly more than in the control group within one month, and the interval between the last two visits of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group.The blood pressure improvement in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The treatment of patients with chronic diseases in community hospitals has the advantages of low treatment costs,multiple visits,and obvious blood pressure improvement effects.Patients with chronic diseases should pay attention to community hospitals in the treatment of diseases.
