细致化护理对妊娠高血压疾病产妇产前分娩自我效能的影响研究

Study on the effect of meticulous nursing on prenatal self-efficacy of parturients with pregnancy-induced hypertension

目的:探讨细致化护理对妊娠高血压疾病产妇产前分娩自我效能的影响。方法:收治妊娠高血压疾病产妇68例,平分为两组,对照组施以常规护理干预模式,护理组在此基础上施以细致化护理,观察两组产妇护理前后的自我效能感评分、焦虑(SAS)评分与抑郁(SDS)评分。结果:护理组在实施护理措施之后的SAS与SDS评分明显降低,并且其自我效能感评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细致化护理对妊娠高血压疾病产妇产前分娩自我效能具有积极影响,不仅能够提升产妇的自我效能感评分,同时还能够有效降低其SAS与SDS评分。

Objective:To explore the effect of meticulous nursing on prenatal self-efficacy of parturients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.68 parturients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were divided equally into the two groups,the control group was given routine nursing intervention mode,and the nursing group was given meticulous nursing on this basis,the scores of self-efficacy,anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)were observed before and after nursing.Result:The scores of SAS and SDS in the nursing group decreased significantly after the implementation of nursing measures,and the scores of self-efficacy increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meticulous nursing has a positive effect on prenatal self-efficacy of parturients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.It can not only improve the self-efficacy scores of parturients, but also effectively reduce their anxiety and depression scores.
