探讨快速康复护理在直肠切除术患者围手术期的护理效果

Exploration on the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of rectal resection patients

目的:探讨快速康复护理在直肠切除术患者围手术期的护理效果。方法:收治直肠切除术患者82例,分两组,各41例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予快速康复护理。对比两组并发症发生率、患者排气时间和住院时间。结果:观察组患者排气时间和住院时间明显短于对照组。观察组患者并发症发生率(9.76%)明显低于对照组(21.95%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复护理可有效促进直肠切除术患者术后康复,减少并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing rectal resection.Methods:82 patients with rectal excision were selected,they were divided into the two groups,the control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing.The comparisons of exhaust time,hospitalization time and incidence of complications were made between the two groups.Results:The exhaust time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.76%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.95%),and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote postoperative rehabilitation and reduce the incidence of complications of rectal resection.
