亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者血脂、血糖和血尿酸变化分析

Changes of blood lipid,blood sugar and uric acid in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism

目的探讨亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者血脂、血糖和血尿酸的变化情况。方法选取我院2017年8月-2019年2月在本院就诊的74例亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者作为观察组,另选取同期70名健康体检者作为对照组,对比两组血脂、血糖以及血尿酸的变化情况。结果观察组TSH、TC、TG、LDL-C、UA高于对照组,HDL-C低于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组FT3、FT4以及FBG对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论亚临床甲状腺功能减退症会对机体血脂、血尿酸水平造成影响,引发血脂代谢异常、高尿酸血症等,但与血糖变化无明显关联。

Objective To investigate the changes of blood lipids,blood sugar and serum uric acid in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods 74 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to February 2019 were selected as observation group,and 70 healthy people in the same period were selected as control group.The changes of blood lipid,blood sugar and uric acid were compared between the two groups.Results The TSH,TC,TG,LDL-C and UA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while HDL-C was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FT3,FT4 and FBG between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Subclinical hypothyroidism can affect the level of blood lipid and uric acid,and cause abnormal lipid metabolism and hyperacidemia,but it has no obvious correlation with the change of blood sugar.
