基于专利分析的空心楼盖填充体结构发展探讨 被引量:1

摘要 基于专利分析,对空心楼盖填充体结构及构件的发展进行分析。采用incoPat专利数据库,对1990-2019年与空心楼盖填充体相关的专利进行检索、下载、筛选、研判,将空心楼盖填充体结构及构件的发展划分为薄壁盒空心楼盖填充体、轻质胎模填充构件、现浇混凝土空心构件、组合空心箱体和金属网状箱体共五个阶段。对典型专利进行分析,表明每个阶段都很好地解决了上一阶段的不足,其中金属网状箱体的应用有效提高了施工质量、建筑性能、防火性能,且具有节能环保等优势。展望了在漏浆等问题上的解决方案,使得空心楼盖填充体结构体系更臻完善。 Based on the patent analysis,the development of hollow floor filling structure and component is analyzed.By using incoPat patent database,the patents related to the hollow floor filling from 1990 to 2019 are searched,downloaded,filtered and determined.The development of the hollow floor filling structure and component is divided into five stages,namely,thin-walled box hollow floor filling,lightweight formwork filling component,cast-in-situ concrete hollow component,composite hollow box and metal mesh box.The analysis on representative patents shows that the shortcomings of the previous stage are well solved in each stage,and especially,the application of metal mesh box effectively improves the construction quality,building performance and fire protection performance,and has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection.Solutions to solve problems such as slurry leakage are prospected,so as to obtain a more perfect structure system of hollow floor filling.
