本文结合贵州省推行河长制的工作情况,从河长制工作理念、河流保护责任体系、河长制工作方法和河长制工作责任考核4个方面,对河长制进行了详细解读。河长制工作的推进,为贵州生态文明先行示范区的建设提供了水生态保障,筑牢了"两江"上游生态屏障。

The implementation condition of the river chief system in Guizhou Province is combined in the paper.The understanding of the river chief system is explored from four aspects of the river chief system working concept,the river protection responsibility system,working method of the river chief system and the assessment of the working responsibility of the river chief system.The advancement of river chief system provides water ecological protection for the construction of Guizhou ecological civilization pilot demonstration zone,and building up the ecological barrier of the upper reaches of“two rivers”.
