摘要
角度小于45°缓倾角长斜井施工中采用反井钻机施工导井,利用导井作为运输及排烟通道,采用绞车牵引扩挖小车自下而上采用反向台阶法钻孔施工,绞车牵引扩挖小车运行平稳、安全可靠,导孔作为运输排烟通道,有效改善了作业环境,降低了作业难度,提高了施工效率。采用上述施工方法能够加快施工速度,减少安全隐患,有效改善作业环境,获得较好的施工质量,是目前比较先进的缓倾角长斜井开挖施工方法。
Raise-boring machine is adopted for constructing pilot shaft in long inclined shaft construction with an angle less than 45°.The pilot shaft is utilized as transport and smoke exhaust channel.Winch is adopted for drawing expanding trunk.Reverse step method is adopted for drilling from bottom to top.Winch tows the expanding trunk for operating smoothly,safely and reliably.The guide hole is regarded as a transportation exhaust channel,thereby effectively improving the work environment,reducing the operation difficulty,improving the efficiency of the construction.The above construction method can accelerate the construction speed,reduce the invisible danger of safety,effectively improve the operating environment,and obtain better construction quality.It is a relatively advanced excavation construction method of long inclined shaft with low inclination angle.
