提高预制梁混凝土外观质量验收合格率的方法

Methods to improve the acceptance rate of precast beam concrete appearance quality

预制梁外观质量直接影响着工程评定优良率,对能否实现工程质量创优目标起着至关重要的作用。为提高鉴江高岭拦河闸重建工程交通桥预制梁外观质量,针对预制梁混凝土外观质量检测点合格率偏低的问题进行了原因分析和要因确认,据此提出了相应的对策,对策实施后,预制梁混凝土外观质量检测点合格率提高到93. 3%,达到了工程质量创优目标。

The appearance quality of precast beam has a direct impact on the excellent rate of engineering evaluation,which plays a crucial role in achieving the goal of excellent engineering quality.Reason analysis and cause confirmation are implemented aiming at the problem of low acceptance rate in precast beam concrete appearance test point in order to improve the appearance quality of traffic bridge precast beam in Jianjiang Gaolin block penstock reconstruction project.Corresponding countermeasures are proposed accordingly.Acceptance rate in precast beam concrete appearance test point is improved to 93.3%after countermeasure implementation,thereby achieving the target of excellent engineering quality.
