摘要
2015年下半年以来,中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司2~#乙烯装置脱甲醇反应器丙烯进料中甲醇多次高于8 mg/kg,脱甲醇反应器运行周期由半年缩短至1~2个月,严重影响半成品丙烯产品质量的稳定性。丙烯产品中甲醇偏高会影响下游聚丙烯装置的催化剂活性,因此必须严格控制。文章对甲醇超标原因进行了分析,对系统内存在甲醇的部位进行了精准定位,提出了具有可行性的解决措施。
Since the second half of 2015,the propylene feed of the 2#ethylene plant de-methanol reactor of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.has been repeatedly found that methanol content is higher than 8 mg/kg,and the operation cycle of the de-methanol reactor has been shortened from half year to 1~2 months,which seriously affects the stability of the quality of semi-finished propylene products.High methanol content in propylene products affects the catalyst activity of downstream polypropylene plants and must be strictly controlled.The article analyzes the reasons of the excessive methanol content,and accurately locates the methanol in the system,and proposes feasible solutions.
