摘要
目前国内各乙烯装置主要采用传统旋风分离器来控制外排颗粒污染物,这种工艺只能捕集粒径大于100μm的颗粒物,不适合捕集粒径小于10μm的颗粒物。对此,中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司2#烯烃装置采用微旋流式与旋风式相结合的工艺,对原有的旋风分离式烧焦罐进行升级改造。改造后的烧焦罐有效控制了颗粒物排放,但同时增加了污水的处理量,因此必须不断改进工艺来寻找新的方法控制污染物的排放,才能满足越来越严格的环保要求。
At present,all domestic ethylene plants mainly use traditional cyclone separators to control the emission of particulate pollutants.The biggest drawback of this process is that it can only capture particles with particle size greater than 100μm,and is not suitable for capturing particles with particle size less than 10μm.In this regard,the 2#olefin plant of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.adopts a new combination process of micro-swirl and cyclone to upgrade the original cyclone-type scorch tank.The modified charred tank effectively controls the discharge of particulate matter,but increases the emission of sewage.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously improve the process to find new ways to control the emission of pollutants,in order to meet the increasingly strict environmental requirements.
