摘要
本文利用梳状波发生器设计了一种频率合成器。它利用梳状波发生器产生离散点频信号,实现了单环锁相环路。实验证明,本频率合成器可以产生3～10 GHz范围内的点频信号,载波频率为4. 85 GHz时,信号的相位噪声优于-127 dBc/Hz@100 k Hz;二次谐波抑制小于-40 dBc;杂散抑制小于-80 dBc。
One kind of frequency synthesizer based on COMB Wave Generator is introduced in this paper.COMB Wave Generator is used to generate discrete signal,then single circle PLL is achieved.Our test indicated that this kind of frequency synthesizer can generate discrete signal between 3 GHz to 10GHz,the phase noise is below -127dBc/Hz@ 100kHz when the carrier frequency is4.85GHz.The second harmonic suppression is below -40dBc,and the spurious suppression is below -80dBc/Hz.
