水内冷发电机专用绝缘电阻表检定平台的研究

Research on Verification Platform of Insulation Resistance Meter for Water-Cooled Generator

水内冷发电机专用绝缘电阻表与普通绝缘电阻表有显著差别,主要体现在带载能力,屏蔽吸收能力和抗干扰能力等方面。现有绝缘电阻表检定规程和导则未对以上差异进行检测,导致无法准确评估专用绝缘电阻表的现场适应性。本文从水内冷发电机定子绕组绝缘电阻现场测试工况调研和分析出发,制定了专用绝缘电阻表特殊性能要求的试验方案,研制了检定平台和设备。对专用绝缘电阻表进行了检测试验,验证了检定平台的有效性。

A dedicated insulation resistance meter for the inner water-cooled generator is significantly different from a normal insulation resistance meter in several aspects,including load capacity,shielding and absorption capacity,as well as anti-interference capability.The existing verification regulations and guides for insulation resistance meters do not check the above differences in experiments,thus,it is difficult to evaluate the suitability of the dedicated insulation resistance meter for field tests.Based on the investigation and analysis of the field test conditions of the stator winding insulation resistance of the inner water-cooled generator,the test scheme for the special features of the dedicated insulation resistance meter has been formulated,and the test platform and equipment have been developed.Experiments of the dedicated insulation resistance meter has been carried out,and the validity of the test platform is verified.
