摘要
GB/T 2910.11—2009《纺织品定量化学分析第11部分:纤维素纤维与聚酯纤维的混合物(硫酸法)》是纺织品的定量化学分析中应用多、也是基础的定量化学分析实验标准。纺织品的定量化学分析实验的结果不确定度较高,涉及到硫酸浓度、水浴温度、浴比、振荡速率、溶解时间等的不确定度,为了能够对实验进行实时的监控,有必要进行控制图的制作并进行过程能力分析,以保证实验结果的稳定性和准确性。Minitab是一款用于数据分析的综合性软件,在实验监控数据分析上能够进行有效且简便的分析。本课题利用Minitab对棉纤维与聚酯纤维的混合物进行检测分析,简便快捷地实现质量控制。
Textiles-Quantitative chemical analysis-Part11:Mixtures of cellulose and polyester fibres(method using sulfuric acid) is the most widely used and the most basic quantitative chemical analysis in the quantitative chemical analysis of textiles. Quantitative chemical analysis of textiles test results uncertainty is high, itis related to the uncertainty of the concentration of sulfuric acid, water bath temperature, bath ratio, oscillation rate, dissolution time etc. In order to monitor the experiment in real time, it is necessary to make control chart and process capability analysis to ensure the stability and accuracy of the test results. Minitab is a comprehensive software for data analysis, which can be used to analyze the experimental data effectively and easily. In this paper, a simple and rapid method for the quality control of cotton fiber and polyester fiber mixture by Minitab is presented.
