POLYFLOW在设计氨纶高黏干法纺喷丝板中的运用

摘要 本课题介绍了POLYFLOW在高黏聚合物方面的数值模拟,在设计中的用途及优点,运用POLYFLOW数值模拟分析了不同导孔的氨纶高黏纺丝喷丝板的流场分布特点,对不同孔径的喷丝板的流场及剪切速率进行对比设计,通过模拟得到的流速值计算出微孔长径比。 POLYFLOW was introduced in the polyflow numerical simulation on high sticky polymer, the use and advantages in the design.The flow field distribution characteristics of spandex high-viscosity spinning spinneret with different guiding holes were analyzed by polyflow numerical simulation. The flow field and shear rate of the silk plate were compared and designed, and the aspect ratio of the micropore was calculated by the flow rate value obtained by the simulation.
