摘要
电磁式位移传感器用于航空设备上,主要用来测量相关飞行参数.但环境温度的干扰,使的测量精度受到影响.在Ansys平台下建立了位移传感器三维简化模型、网格划分、热分析,得出温度因素对传感器性能的影响,为设计人员完成传感器结构的优化提供理论依据.
Electromagnetic displacement sensor is used in aviation equipment,and it is mainly used to measure the relevant flight parameters.However,the measurement accuracy is affected by the interference of ambient temperature.Based on ANSYS platform,three-dimensional simplified model,mesh division and thermal analysis of displacement sensor are established.The influence of temperature on sensor performance is obtained,which provides theoretical basis for designers to complete the optimization of sensor structure.
