高职专业人才需求分析与预测——以福建省工程造价专业为例

Analysis and Forecast of Professional Talents Demand in Higher Vocational Education--A Case Study of Engineering Cost Professionals in Fujian Province

通过统计专业人才市场2017年1月至4月福建地区造价员等的需求信息,分析了工程造价专业人才需求的总量、主要岗位、学历和工作经验等现状.根据福建省建筑业发展情况、《福建省建筑业“十三五”规划》和现有的造价人员相关信息,预测了未来5年福建省工程造价专业人才需求的总量、专业方向和专业技能等,提出了福建高职院校工程造价专业在招生规模增长、学历提升、专业技能培养以及专业方向方面的相关政策建议.

Based on the demand information of construction cost professionals in Fujian from January 2017 to April 2017,this paper analyses the total demand of construction cost professionals,their main positions,educational background and work experience.According to the development of construction industry in Fujian province,the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan of Fujian Construction Industry and the relevant information of existing cost personnel,the total demand,professional direction and professional skills of engineering cost professionals in Fujian province in the next five years are forecasted,in addition,the related policy suggestions are put forward on the enrollment scale growth and academic qualifications of engineering cost specialty in Fujian higher vocational colleges,diploma upgrading,professional skills training and professional orientation.
