铅冶金的用氧分析

摘要 我国铅行业在过去十几年的发展过程中获得了极大的进步,形成了全新的工艺技术,也将很多新设备应用到实际生产中,铅冶金工业装备和技术水平均得到大大改善。当前,富氧空气、工业纯氧在铅冶金中应用的愈加广泛,在充分发挥氧气的作用下,促使铅冶金行业更具短流程的特点,而且冶金工业也愈发清洁化和强化。文章分别从缩短冶金流程、节能环保、提高冶金强度、提高原料适应性,强化综合回收效果四方面分析了氧气在铅冶金中的作用,提出了铅冶金工艺中的用氧情况。 In the past ten years, China's lead industry has made great progress in the development process, forming a new process technology, and applying many new equipment to actual production. The equipment and technical level of lead metallurgy industry have been greatly improved. At present, oxygen-enriched air and industrial pure oxygen are more and more widely used in lead metallurgy. Under the full use of oxygen, the lead metallurgical industry has the characteristics of shorter process, and the metallurgical industry is becoming cleaner and stronger. This paper analyses the role of oxygen in lead metallurgy from four aspects: shortening metallurgical process, saving energy and environmental protection, improving metallurgical strength, improving raw material adaptability and strengthening comprehensive recovery effect, and puts forward the situation of oxygen use in lead metallurgy process.
