摘要
分析脱硅过程,提出了石灰煅烧原料石灰石的质量要求;探讨了石灰脱硅的两种方式及其内在机理与效果,其受水合铝酸三钙晶型、硅酸根浓度及脱硅温度等因素的影响;通过试验发现种分母液化灰浆液脱硅效果显著,并要优于精液化灰浆液脱硅效果。
The desilication process is analyzed, and the quality requirements of limestone as raw material for calcination of lime are put forward. Two ways of desilication of lime and their internal mechanism and effect are discussed, which are influenced by the crystal form of tricalcium aluminate hydrate, the concentration of silicate radical and the desilication temperature. It is found that the desilication effect of seed denominator liquefied lime slurry is remarkable and superior to that of semen liquefied lime slurry.
