摘要
磨矿分级过程机理极其复杂,且由于矿石性质繁杂性,操作工很难做到精准控制。对于选矿全流程来说,采取适用的磨矿分级系统控制策略以保证磨矿产品合格率,从而最大限度的应用磨机的处理量来提高磨矿分级效率。这对于后续选别指标和提高劳动生产率具有非常重要的指导作用。本文分析了国内磨矿分级的自动控制水平和技术现状,着重从传统、现代化、智能优化三方面就控制技术策略进行了分析研究。
The mechanism of grinding and classification process is extremely complex, and because of the complexity of ore properties, it is difficult for operators to achieve precise control. For the whole process of beneficiation, the suitable control strategy of grinding and classification system is adopted to ensure the qualified rate of grinding products, so as to maximize the application of grinding capacity to improve grinding and classification efficiency. This has a very important guiding role for the follow-up selection of indicators and the improvement of labor productivity. In this paper, the automatic control level and technology status of grinding and classification in China are analyzed, and the control technology strategy is emphatically studied from three aspects: tradition, modernization and intelligent optimization.
