摘要
针对福建源鑫矿业有限公司分级溢流尾砂高浓度充填系统与原分级尾砂充填系统并行运行,存在溢流尾砂井下充填不凝固,存在安全隐患,大量遗留矿柱无法回采;双系统运行工艺复杂、工人劳动强度大、运行成本高、管理难度大和充填质量不易控制等问题,对此进行实验研究以找出科学合理的解决方案。通过研究其他矿山的充填工艺,并对相关文献资料进行分析研究,结合本矿山生产实际,大胆提出了采用高浓度全尾砂胶结充填工艺,并取得了成功。
In view of the parallel operation of the graded overflow tailings high concentration filling system and the original graded tailings filling system in Fujian Yuanxin Mining Co., Ltd., there are some problems, such as the underground filling of overflow tailings is not solidified, there are potential safety hazards, and a large number of residual pillars can not be recovered;the dual-system operation technology is complex, the labor intensity of workers is high, the operation cost is high, the management is difficult and the filling quality In order to find a scientific and reasonable solution, experimental research is carried out. By studying the filling technology of other mines and analyzing the relevant literature, combined with the actual production of this mine, the high concentration cemented tailings filling technology was boldly proposed and achieved success.
