摘要
在本次研究中,我们利用了高温高压无氰解吸电解工艺设备,通过对解吸液中的氢氧化钠浓度,以及解吸液流量进行优化改进,结果发现经过实验之后在压力为0.45Mpa~0.5Mpa,温度处于150℃,氢氧化钠浓度为3%到5%,其流量也每小时8.0立方米时,解吸时间达到8小时之后,最终解吸率可以达到99%,能够为企业获得良好的经济效益。
In this study, we used high temperature and high pressure cyanide-free electrolysis equipment to optimize the concentration of sodium hydroxide in the desorption solution and the flow rate of the desorption solution. The results showed that the desorption time reached eight hours when the pressure was 0.45 MPa to 0.5 MPa, the temperature was 150 C, the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 3% to 5%, and the flow rate was 2.5 cubic meters per hour. After that, the final resolution rate can reach 99%, which can achieve good economic benefits for enterprises.
