摘要
本文以TA2纯钛焊接管为例对其无缝化处理实施分析,全文在提出问题的基础上,通过实验分析方法验证不同冷轧加工率对管材焊接组织所产生的影响,通过实验结果分析表明TA2纯钛焊接管在无缝化处理以及冷轧无缝化处理后,其在抗拉强度、延伸率、屈服强度等方面与冷轧无缝管较为接近,有替代无缝管的可能。
This paper takes TA2 pure titanium welded pipe as an example to analyze its seamless treatment. On the basis of putting forward the problems, the influence of different cold rolling rate on the welded structure of pipe is verified by experimental analysis method. The experimental results show that TA2 pure titanium welded pipe after seamless treatment and cold rolling seamless treatment has tensile strength, elongation and yield strength. It is close to cold-rolled seamless pipe in degree and other aspects, so it is possible to replace seamless pipe.
