提高罐式煅烧炉煅烧焦实收率研究

Study on increasing calcined coke recovery efficiency of the pot calciner

煅烧炉煅烧焦实收率是煅烧过程工艺控制合理性的反映,同时表明了阳极生产过程的能耗,对阳极生产成本的控制有重要影响。本文通过对某碳素企业罐式煅烧炉实收率影响因素分析,提出了切实可行的改进措施,取得了良好效果,对控制阳极成本提高经济效益有积极意义,也为提高罐式煅烧炉煅烧焦实收率提供借鉴和参考。

The calcined coke recovery efficiency is a reflection of the rationality of process control in calcination process. It also shows that the energy consumption in anode production process has an important influence on the cost control of anode production. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the actual recovery efficiency of the pot calciner in a carbon enterprise, this paper puts forward some feasible improvement measures and achieves good results. It is of positive significance to control the anode cost and improve the economic benefit, and provides a reference for improving the actual calcined coke recovery efficiency of the pot calciner.
